All homes at Tonopalo are all at a minimum of least 3 bedroom with 3 bath residences that heave been furnished by award winning Slifer Designs. Your home welcomes you to all of the creature comforts of an exceptional Tahoe home, including top-of-line appliances and audio-visual technology, heated bathroom floors, steam showers and stylish mountain furnishings.
Tonopalo’s professional on-site staff caters to the each owner’s every need including providing valet, concierge, and bell services, pre-arrival grocery shopping and even boat launching. You will be constantly catered to and pampered while you enjoy your time at the esteemed Tonopalo Private Residence Club on Lake Tahoe.
How it works; Tonopalo owners are guaranteed 6 weeks of usage per year with unlimited use of space available time. Owners are also guaranteed 2 weeks each in the summer and winter and 1 week each in the fall and spring. In addition to the 6 guaranteed weeks all owners have access to unlimited space available usage that allows use of additional time based on availability. Space available usage is given on priority basis to the owners purchased home and also allows the use of other residences at Tonopalo.
Trading opportunities; Tonopalo Private Residence Club owners can trade with each other, with other sister properties, and lastly through a third party provider www.3rdhome.com. These options provide an abundance of opportunities for usage at other desirable properties around the globe.
